At Dward Design, we offer CNC milling services that combine precision, flexibility and efficiency. Our Brother Speedio S700Xd1 is equipped with a 4th axis, through-spindle coolant, tool and workpiece probing, and advanced workholding, making it ideal for producing complex geometries and high-quality surface finishes. With travels of 700mm x 400mm x 300mm and a 4th axis swing of approximately 300mm diameter, we’re able to handle a wide variety of component sizes.
Our ideal batch quantities range from 20 to 400 parts, though we’re just as comfortable machining one-off prototypes. Commonly worked materials include titanium, stainless steels, aluminium and Inconel, with the flexibility to support specialist plastics and ferrous steels where needed. Every project benefits from direct communication, fast turnaround and an agile approach — giving you the confidence that your parts will be delivered right, first time.
Quality is built into every part we machine. Alongside Mitutoyo gauging and a Tesa height system, we now utilise our DEA Swift CNC CMM (X 695mm, Y 495mm, Z 315mm) for dimensional verification.
