We can turn parts up to 200mm diameter and 300mm length for one-offs and small runs, while the bar feeder is ideal for repeat work up to 65mm diameter x 150mm length. Typical batch quantities range from 50 to 1000 parts, with expertise in titanium, stainless steels, aluminium and superalloys. Inspection is a key part of our turning process. All components are checked using Mitutoyo precision hand tools and supported by our DEA Swift CNC CMM, with travels of 695mm x 495mm x 315mm.
